LVPRC treatments plans are divided into four phases.
In the First or the Initial Phase of care, a comprehensive examination is performed utilizing the latest state of the art techniques. Once we have collected the examination findings, we then design a customized treatment plan (Phase Two) to meet each individual patient's needs. This Customized Treatment Plan is a critical part of our care because it explains in detail what is going to be required and why. The Third Phase of care is a combination of proven therapy methods linked together to maximize results. This is a dynamic phase because LVPRC patients are continuously reevaluated to measure progress. Once maximum performance is achieved, the Final Phase, Phase Four of care is a maintenance program designed to maintain a healthy, pain free, lifestyle.

What to expect during treatment
Every LVPRC session is actually a combination of re-examination and treatment. Our doctors use their hands to evaluate the texture, tension, range of motion, and function of the tissues by utilizing Active Release Techniques (ART). Abnormal tissues are treated by combining precisely directed tension with very specific patient movements. These treatment protocols are unique only to ART. They allow our doctors to identify and correct the specific problems that are affecting each individual patient.
"LVPRC treatment plans have a starting and ending point, the need for never ending care is obsolete." ART has a 90% success rate treating soft tissue conditions and is considered by OSHA as the Gold Standard in soft tissue therapy. Patients report almost immediate relief with only a few sessions.
Typical average ART treatments range from 8-10 visits as compared to 25-30 with traditional chiropractic. A vital portion of a patient's treatment plan includes advanced physical therapy or rehabilitation. In a private one on one session, a patients taken thorough proper rehabilitative protocols utilizing weight training, physiotherapy ball, bands and tubes designed to improve core strength and over all function.
